This is a charming place, it’s beautiful and surrounded by nature and amazing animals. It’s very clean, the installations are lovely, and the receptionists provided wonderful service. They made great recommendations about where to go and where to eat in town. I would definitely come back here. Greetings from Gran Canaria!
This place is very beautiful, the rooms are nice and very comfortable, it’s well decorated and it’s a great place to relax. They provided very good service from the moment we arrived, from the reception area to the restaurant, their customer service was incredible every step of the way. The breakfast is excellent. I recommend this place!
The hotel is gorgeous and super cozy. It’s in a great location and many of the rooms have beautiful views. The food at the hotel is delicious and breakfast is included. The hotel staff is very friendly and they made excellent recommendations about nearby activities. Thank you, I’ve been to Hotel Heliconia twice and I’m sure that I’ll be back the next time I’m in Monteverde.
